This 4 week course is designed to help you develop clarity on who you are as an athlete and a person, clarity on your values, clarity on your goals and where you want to go, while building the strategy and mental skills to get there. Each week you receive practical written and video content you can complete in your own time, along with personal coaching via email and text with Kelley Castle. Every session is planned from research-driven sport psychology practices to develop your mental game, and kick start your journey to excellence.
